We present a new crop from Guatemala , from the El Sabito farm in Chimaltenago , owned by Don Bernardo Solano . This crop reflects the Solano family's dedication to cultivating high-quality coffee, a farm that dates back more than 150 years.
The coffee is processed using the washed method and is of the Bourbon and Caturra varieties. It is grown at an altitude of between 1,600 and 1,900 meters .
It features hints of fig, flowers, chocolate, and apple acidity . Suitable for preparing drip coffee and espresso .
